Passengers are responsible for having a valid passport and any required visas. To enter Malaysia from Singapore, your passport must have at least 6 months' validity from your return date. Check with your local embassy or travel agency for up-to-date information.
3. What is the luggage allowance?
Guests in Pullman and State Cabins may bring one 30kg suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Presidential Suite guests may bring one 30kg suitcase per person plus one carry-on. Storage is limited, so we recommend packing efficiently.
4. Are children allowed on board?
Yes, children are welcome. There’s no minimum age, but we recommend contacting Teovian for advice on the best cabin configuration for families.
5. Is WiFi available on board?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available in selected public areas such as the Bar Car and Observation Car, although connectivity may be limited in remote areas.
6. Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Absolutely. Chef André Chiang and his team can cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific diets, provided requests are made at least 14 days before departure.

Smoking is not permitted inside the train’s air-conditioned areas. However, guests are welcome to smoke in the open-air Observation Car deck.
